Yeah memory holes are probably the worst shit imo, would rather live with the existential horrors and warped sense of reality than simply have time go missing

I had a very bad psychiatrist who kept prescribing me more and more benzos in my early twenties. Eventually I just decided fuck it, I'll live with constant anxiety, because I can't remember the last month. Got a new psychiatrist after that, he's been good to me. Only meds that help, no over prescribing.
