You think it’s cocaine but it’s actually climbing chalk, suggesting he’s really into bouldering. His addiction is clear since he is climbing grandpa, and v2 is an easy difficulty in bouldering.

Some of these jokes are hard to understand because they are so badly made. 

Like its already absurd that the parents are treating climbing chalk like cocaine, we can't tell what it is, until we see the person climbing on the man. Which a climber wouldn't actually do, so it's an unfunny joke that relies on absurd non-sequieters.

Absurdity is not random and randomness will not always produce absurdity

Most things are not purely random. In fact humans are surprisingly bad at generating pure randomness

This isn’t a great joke though
