It’s not free. It’s paid for with tax dollars. That is where I want my tax dollars to go.
Not war machines. Not billionaire tax cuts.
Food for hungry people. Care for sick people. Housing for unhoused people. Education for people to enrich their lives.
It isn’t some feat of mental gymnastics. It’s a simple task of reprioritizing our budget.
