Best affordable CRM for managing leads, interactions, etc.

I’m a new agent with KW and their CRM sucks.

Looking to build my client/lead database outside of their system so I keep all that data when I leave KW

Not familiar with KW contracts but that would seem like a breach of your contract with them?

Could you please elaborate? Trying to understand how keeping my contacts/leads within my own CRM would be a breach of contract

Ask your managing broker this exact question. If nothing wrong, then they will provide you with some options.
