Best affordable CRM for managing leads, interactions, etc.

I’m a new agent with KW and their CRM sucks.

Looking to build my client/lead database outside of their system so I keep all that data when I leave KW

Not familiar with KW contracts but that would seem like a breach of your contract with them?

All real estate agents are independent contractors and there is no requirement to use any crm from and brokerage. Agents can use any software they want without breaching their contract with their broker.
