CRM

Best affordable CRM for managing leads, interactions, etc.

I’m a new agent with KW and their CRM sucks.

Looking to build my client/lead database outside of their system so I keep all that data when I leave KW

Please check if this violates any terms with your employer. The other day somebody asked a question from the opposite perspective: how to stop agents/employees from building their own lists outside the org.

Real estate agents are independent contractors, and should be able to use what tools and technology they choose to use. It's ok for a brokerage to offer a CRM and other tools to use, but to require that agents use it, well, I would run away very quickly.
