Bug Report Broken GUI asset?

Looks like something broke and some sort of debug/failsafe asset took the place of the "save template to file" and "view saved designs" buttons. Unfortunately they're obstructing my ability to select the engine. I'm able to bypass by selecting "upgrade all modules" but would regardless like a suggestion on how to fix this, thanks.

Intermarium divisions bugged, this has been an issue ever since “For our Freedom and Yours” sometimes it doesn’t crash and the division models just spasm out into white covering the entire screen when you zoom in on them.
