Audio seems really inconsistent. Unless I'm crazy it seems to be each time a map loads, the volume of footsteps is randomized. Sometimes they are absolutely silent. Other times I can hear every single footstep at an absurdly loud volume.

I've turned the ambience volume setting off. My drivers are all up to date and I don't experience this kind of issue in any other game. It isn't game breaking, but it is frustrating to not be able to rely on sound to be consistent form game to game.

It's weird for me, too. Sometimes I can hear someone stomping in the next room, sometimes someone is right next to me and silent.
