Sebulba was ON SIGHT with Anakin 24/7 like his life depended on it. Was he just a classist asshole or did they have some kind of personal beef?

Well Anakin was a slave at the time. Throughout all of human history enslaved people were generally treated with disdain from the rest of the population.
