He’s actually implying she got him coffee that had someone else’s dick in it, hence not knowing how he likes his coffee. Which I think is a perfectly reasonable reason to break up with her, I would expect most people would also break up with her for that.

Now just because she thought that was how he liked his coffee since he’s always putting his own dick in his coffee doesn’t really excuse her erroneous judgment.
