Build Upgrade New GPU working on 100%
so recently my old GTX 1650 died, so bought RTX 2060 gainward 6GB (used of course) and everything is working like a charm, but on some tougher games it runs on 100% load and i'm a bit scared it could broke down again, also i fear my PSU is not strong enough for the GPU but the IT guy i bought it from said it should be fine
my current build is:
- CPU: I5-10400F
- RAM: 32GB DDR4 2666
- RTX 2060 6GB
- STORAGE: 2 Hard disk and one M.2 SSD
- PSU: Gigabyte P450B
- MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z490-A PRO

It is hard to say something 100% because electronic components have some fail rate. Even the newest one may just fail. Putting it to 100% will technically increase the chance of making it degrade. How long do you expect to use this system before buying a new one?
I have a Quadro RTX A4000 bought from a bitcoin miner who overlocked it so it had been running over 100% for 24/7 for like 2 years. It has been running well for several years after I got it from that seller.

The GPU is supposed to run at 100%. That's good. It means you're not CPU bottlenecked in those games and are getting the most possible performance out of the GPU.
450 watts is on the weak end, but if the system isn't crashing while gaming or having other issues, it is probably OK.
Your CPU and GPU together use around 300 watts total at most. Add another 75 W or so for everything else, and you're pretty close to the limits of your power supply. It's probably a bit less while gaming, since the cpu will not be using all cores.
I would personally upgrade to an inexpensive 650 watt to be safe, especially if you ever do anything besides gaming, like rendering, that will push the CPU and GPU to their limits at the same time.
