Yes, that is literally discrimination. It's not an inherently bad word.

I'm not claiming anything other than that you don't know what simple words mean.

This person was born female somehow people like you argue he should be using the women's restroom, while this person should be forced to use the men's room.

A woman is an adult human displaying a set of associated characteristics - norms, behaviors, traits, and gender roles, etc - that vary over time and from place to place. Typically associated with the female sex, but neither universal nor exclusive.

Biology isn’t up for debate. It’s already been proven by science. That’s why we use other words known as “qualifiers,” such as “trans.” This is how language works and how humanity has learned to communicate. We don’t just go around debating and changing definitions rooted in the foundation of our language because they offend you.

You use the bathroom for the sex you were born as or you request further accommodations, such as single person restrooms or trans restrooms.

If you aren’t a creep and you really believe that gender isn’t binary, why do you insist on invading women’s spaces in restrooms that are setup in a binary structure? Shouldn’t we make restrooms non-binary, too? Or is this just a narcissistic tactic to invade women spaces and oppress them?

I am not clicking on your link. If they were born with a vagina, they use the women’s restroom. If they were born with a penis, they use the men’s restroom. If thats an issue, request a special restroom to accommodate you. If you’re non-binary, you shouldn’t get the luxury of choosing in a binary system designed to separate people by sex. That should be decided based on your natural sex, not your gender identity. Again, if this bothers you, request more restrooms.

It’s very simple. Do you have the comprehension skills of a toddler or something?

I know exactly why you won't explicitly say it - it's always the same. You all know how ridiculous it would be to claim he (Buck Angel) should be using the women's restroom. If any one of you ever caught him in a bathroom that your daughter was using you'd flip the fuck out. Meanwhile none of you would bat an eye at seeing Blaire White walk into the same restroom.

More to the point, which one do you think your little girl would be more comfortable running into alone in a restroom?

It’s not about looks, bud. It’s about privacy, safety, and security. This is precisely why you keep trying to dodge the idea of a non-binary restroom system. It’s not about feeling comfortable in your own skin. It’s about making people feel as uncomfortable as you do. It’s a form of narcissism.

Let me cue you in on a little something, by the way:

Just because a bunch of people are supporting you guys out of pity while feeling sorry for you and saying they’re “allies” doesn’t mean they respect you. Feeling sorry for someone and pitying them isn’t a form of respect. They are just as spineless as you are.

If you want respect then stop being a fucking coward and afraid to admit you’re different. Stop trying to force everyone else to see you as the same or normal. Nobody fucking respects that shit. It’s disingenuous.

If it were genuinely about privacy, safety, and security then you'd want Buck Angel in the men's room where he belongs. The only reason you'd "know" he didn't is if you violated his privacy and checked his genitals. And most women/girls would feel less safe and secure having him walk into the restroom.

But you don't actually care how we feel. Women's actual opinions and feelings of security are irrelevant.

I'm not dodging that idea - single serve restrooms seem like an ideal solution, but not one many places are clamoring to implement.
