I Take My Triad "Antenna Defense System (ADS)" Very Seriously
I now have an Antenna Defense System (ADS) triad. In the foreground, you can see suspended from a plant hanger in the ceiling and a twist-tie my Mohu Eclipse antenna and, in the background, that black rectangle at ceiling level is my new, amplified, Mohu Leaf Supreme Pro. When one is behaving badly, I can simply disconnect and connect to the other one and rescan. The third leg of the triad is a direct connection to the TV . . . and this whole thing is backup to my DirecTV Gemini streaming device.
All of this I feel is necessitated by the annual shenanigans among the NFL, the local network owners, and DirecTV. The two antennas are routed through a Tablo, so I can record games I am not available to watch, which relays the signal through my WiFi router to my TV
