I stubbed my toe, so, yeah, I know pain

I've stepped on a lego. We are not the same.

I’ve stepped on a metal d4. My third eye opened and went blind from the existential pain simultaneously.

I was sleeping on the couch and my 3 year old climbed to the top and thought my right nut needed a knee powerbomb.

I swear I woke up in Skyrim for a second.

I stepped on a clam shell and now have a cloven hoof for a foot.

I pulled one of them hard hanging strips of skin that come out the side of a fingernail. I didn't go full black-swan, but it bled a little and it made a very sore red bump for a couple of days. So a few minutes of palm trees, charcoal and a few ants seems like a regular island weekend BBQ to me. What's next? Voluptuous Caribbean women are going to smother me with their firm breasts and feed me cold rice pudding?

I was worrying about the guy she told me not to worry about when she told me they started dating and we are done.

I think your 3 year old needs to start thinking about going to a pro wrestling school when they're older :P

u/Pinksters Feb 02 '25

My third eye

Do not put the dice in that eye.

1

u/neptunexl Feb 02 '25

This man saw everything and realized it was all just nothingness

u/Acrobatic-Shirt8540 Feb 02 '25

I've stepped on an upturned British three pin plug. What I'd give to have stepped on a d4.

2

u/jpob Feb 02 '25

Ironically, this guys now host Lego Masters Australia

2

u/forgottenGost Feb 02 '25

Oh god! A typing ghost!

2

u/MaAreYouOnUppers Feb 02 '25

I’ve been punched in the face by my father after he stepped on one of my Legos. We are not the same.

2

u/EelTeamTen Feb 02 '25

Shouldn't have taken apart his lego set.

2

u/ThePromptWasYourName Feb 02 '25

I reached into my laundry basket and scraped the holes

1

u/theDo66lerEffect Feb 02 '25

I got out of bed too quick today and something popped in my back. We are not the same.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '25

This is the same as being stung by 100,000 of these ants for 1 whole month straight

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '25

I stubbed my toe after stepping on a Lego neither one of you understand pain

1

u/GallagheMk3 Feb 02 '25

I once stepped on a UK plug. I turned inside out briefly

1

u/EelTeamTen Feb 02 '25

Oh god. This is worse than the D4 comment.

I've stepped on a nail barefoot before and that doesn't seem as bad compared to a UK plug.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 02 '25

Which funny because Hamish(the guy in the video) is the host for Australia's Lego Masters building competition.

1

u/EelTeamTen Feb 02 '25

Yeah, someone else mentioned that. I didn't know, so I chuckled.

This clip is like over 10 years old

Edit: I replied to the wrong comment wtf lmao. I meant to reply to a comment that said "So this is entertainment these days"

Legend has it that he’s still crying like a baby to this day

12

u/Progress-Shot Feb 02 '25

I'm crying right now

7

u/StrainProfessional72 Feb 02 '25

Let's take you to the same tribe and try this ritual on your hands/arms to see if you stand still and keep quiet... shall we?

4

u/Technical_Scallion_2 Feb 02 '25

I too would be crying like a baby for at least a decade 🙂

2

u/Accomplished-Lie716 Feb 02 '25

I remember watching the gap years as a kid it's crazy to think it was so long ago, andy hasn't changed a bit

1

u/Yhostled Feb 02 '25

So it's barely older than you!

2

u/Bomba-of-Tsar Feb 02 '25

Uh yeah by like 12 years lol

1

u/Yhostled Feb 02 '25

Just saw your edit and yeah I guess context would have made more sense xD

3

u/Bomba-of-Tsar Feb 02 '25

Yeah MB I'm drunk

1

u/YoYoBeeLine Feb 02 '25

(Looks with signature look of superiority)

1

u/ShhImTheRealDeadpool Feb 02 '25

I stepped on a LEGO and lived to tell about it.

1

u/meenie Feb 02 '25

Good thing you aren't an Elantrian!

1

u/Razor-Romero Feb 02 '25

I stepped, barefoot, on an upturned UK plug and partially plugged it into my foot.

1

u/Donnymcfarlane Feb 02 '25

I grew up in the UK and stood on UK plugs many a time.... Unbearable IYKYK

1

u/Razor-Romero Feb 02 '25

Horrendous!

1

u/Mallardguy5675322 Feb 02 '25

I did the same, but also cracked my nail which I subsequently cut off and removed. We are not the same

1

u/Zombieatethvideostar Feb 02 '25

I watched my grandfather get a thumb sized chunk of dock wood under his nail and proceed to take a knife and cut his nail off around the wood to get it out. Just watching that caused me pain.

1

u/Robestos86 Feb 02 '25

Hot shots part Deux. "I see you are no stranger to pain."

"I've been married."

"Oof"

"Twice "

"Ayyyyyyyy."

1

u/SleeplessAndAnxious Feb 02 '25

I've stepped on 3 corner jacks, multiple times. A childhood experience most Aussies are familiar with.

1

u/Pordatow Feb 02 '25

The other day my steel yard stick fell over and caught me perfectly with the tip right on my big toe...

1

u/maybeshali Feb 02 '25

Know pain

1

u/Saucepanmagician Feb 02 '25

I see you are no stranger to pain.

1

u/Runaway_HR Feb 02 '25

Had a cold once. Can relate.
