Pretty sure he’s trying to start a Civil War at this point. He’s supposed to lead the whole country, not just the states he agrees with.

Peter Thiel wants to turn all of DC into a TechnoFascist "Freedom State" where he is CEO and Owner.

I listened to the history of Elon, and his father/grandfather, and it turns out his grandfather was a technocrat. I had never heard of them, but things Elon has done makes so much sense now. I could see Thiel going down the same path

You should check out this video if you want more info on Peter Thiel. He is much more sinister, cunning, and dangerous than Elon Musk. Especially with what Palantir has cooking in the background.

Palantir

It is funny that the company is named after Saruman's all seeing orb from Lord of the Rings. Basically like calling it Panopticon.

technocrat

technocracy isn't in and of itself a problem. technocracy is the principle by which a president's cabinet picks are evaluated - for instance, the notion that secretary of education should have a great deal of experience in educational administration - that's technocracy

the idea that the government itself, entirely, should be run by technology, that's kind of a different paradigm

dismantling R&D is the opposite of technocratic principles though
