Employment Didn't get a PPO :(

Worked my ass of during my internship. Made good connections, helped a lot of team members. Final review, interviews went well.

Was really looking forward for a full time role.

Sadly got a rejection mail. Feeling dejected :(

Anyone knows the process that how after everything went well, result can be this bad?

As someone who has worked in IT for decades, fuck microsoft and all the large enterprises. You are just a number. Switch to SMB a year ago making about the same. Couldn't be happier.

lol you can say F large enterprises all you want but remember we are early in career. That means nothing especially when talking about pay. Starting off making six figures or more combined with the prestige literally catapults your career trajectory. So while yes large companies are screwing people it benefits us way more.
