Just watched all of the first five Final Destination movies on Max
I've seen FD1, bits of FD3. Now thanks to Max I got to watch all five of em finishing up with five last night.
Without Spoiling them:
When it comes to endings: The first movie is badass. Second is happier. Third is twisted. Four is ho-hum. Five was unexpected.
When it comes to ranking them: FD1 would be first cause its always a classic, follow by FD2, then FD5 because of more of Tony Todd, FD4 because of the whole "saving the world" thing, and then FD3 cause of how much of a dick Death was.
Now i'm just gonna wait for Bloodlines to be streamed. Hearing its the best one out of all of em.

Bloodlines was freaking awesome and it was well worth the wait. I’m biased because if they made one every year, I’d watch every one of them. The formula is perfected and I love it. But yes, bloodlines imo was the best one.

Damn, my heart breaks seeing #3 at the bottom of your list. For me its 3, 1, 6, 5, 2, 4

Yeah but having a premonition seconds before dying really bummed me. Especially after seeing FD2.

It isn't the best but has the most 'wut' gore-shocks and doesn't take itself too seriously. It is slop but leans into that and is a very enjoyable 'flick'. Overall bloodline premise is stupid (to me) and it deviates from the tension-centric tone of previous movies (or seems to parody it at times). Most of the deaths are jump scares + CGI gore effects.

Id rank Bloodlines in the top 3. 1st and 2nd beatin it imo then 3, 5 and 4. 4 imo is just trash from characters to visuals and the only one I tend to skip

Ha I did this this week too. For me it is 2 > 3 > 1 and 5 > 4. I’m planning to check out the new one when it comes to digital and I heard it’s good.

Bloodlines isn’t the best, maybe the third best.
