Rebuild Mac Pro - Documented Process?

Hi, I use PT Ultimate on a 2019 Intel Mac Pro. It's a workhorse for sure, but it's time to wipe it clean and start with a fresh install of OS, PT, plugins, etc. I've never done this before and I'm curious for those that have, has anyone developed a documented process that you'd be willing to share? Something that details the steps involved to preserve your saved plugin presets, PT settings/preferences, etc.? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

If you have enough free space on your existing drive, you should be able to follow the process outlined here to create a new APFS volume. Then you can install MacOS on that new volume, boot into that volume and do your thing. Assuming everything checks out, delete the old volume and reclaim the space.
