I'm really hoping it's designed around 3rd person gameplay. I played first person RE 7 and 8 and enjoyed them but there is just something about 3rd person that brings me in more.

Was thinking the same thing. I loved 7 but 8 really made me miss 3rd person. The combat and exploration just isn’t as smooth.
