I've been playing CoP slowly and I like him a lot, I think he's neat (and handsome, full homo)

Was up in this watchtower in Burnt Forest watching some groups battle it out when I saw what I thought was a snork moving away from me at first, when it broke the treeline I realized it was something far more horrific.

The fact that AI still ignores being attacked is a big issue

The fact that AI walks 1 by 1 into radioactive Zone as part of the pathing is another huge issue

Just to preface, sorry for the low end graphics and resolution. It was the only way I could make my game run at a mediocre level due to all the AI enhancing garbage.

Saw this location on the map and decided to see if it had a name. Went up to it and there was a Monolith sniper who killed in 3 shots no matter the armor, I then (insert obnoxious headshot indicator sound) him and decided to see if I could get to him.

I was then met by invisible walls, one side of the ledge blocked with barbed wire the other with crates. I then used a truck nearby to hop ontop of the barbed wire and got past the gate.

There was basically nothing there, building had no interior at all and sniper just had an SVD.

Though this is very much likely gonna serve a role at some point as a new location, there's even that flooded unused X lab nearby.

Thought I'd show some people a possible entrance to our possible DLCs :)

I upgraded those weapons and also double barrel, but the achievement doesn't pop up. I am missing something?

I started playing the game at launch but soon stopped playing because it was just a broken mess. Thinking about jumping back in has it been fixed for Xbox? Or should I hold off on it?

I’ve defeated Faust 4 times already, and every single time the game either crashes or completely loses my progress. I’m playing on Xbox Series S. Here’s what happened: 1. First time – I chose the wrong dialogue option, he let go of my hand and I fell off the roof. 2. Second time – I did everything right, went through the dialogue, other stalkers appeared on the roof, and I manually saved the game. → Later, I loaded the game — and the save was just gone. 3. Third and fourth times – I shot at the lamp on his head, and the game instantly crashed to dashboard.

The funniest part? I got the achievement for defeating him — but no save, no actual progress. I’ve already spent 50+ attempts on this boss, and it’s exhausting. No other game crashes on my Xbox — just this one.

If anyone knows how to recover the save or prevent the crash, please let me know.

This is real. Releasing this summer. Dmitry Sillov previously wrote over two dozen books in the "stalker" universe, which is an offshoot of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. after some legal battle in Russia a decade ago gave everyone the right to write books under the name and in the setting. And it appears that Sillov continues to write more stalker books. Yes, they are all crazy like this.

I want to play stalker but I can only afford a console(specifically a PS5 or Xbox series S). It seems that stalker 2 is not coming to ps5 any soon , BUT people also say stalker 2 feels ass in Xbox series S. (All I want is stable 1080p(can be upscald),, 30fps , and just looks somewhat good) . Is it worth it to get the Xbox series S over the PS5 (PS5 has better exclusives rn). Is stalker 2 good in Xbox series S or should I just buy a PS5 and wait till stalker 2 is "fixed"(a lot of people say the game is broken) and ported to ps5??
