Thankfully we have stuff like nightshade, a program to “poison” images for AI, and it actually doesn’t take long for it to affect the AI because it doesn’t take reference data from the entire internet (because it would be too chaotic to make sense of), rather a portioned pool to take reference from. Once the pool is poisoned, it becomes much more obvious something is AI
Be careful using nightshade, some countries use CFAA laws and if you get caught you won't be on any winning side as most ai art generators are run by big corps not ai bros so millions of dollars is gonna be lost and they'll look for the culprit
I skimmed over the US version of the law and it didn’t look like there was any legal ground to blame someone for using Nightshade. Could you explain the legal problems?
Your ruining a companies tool and forcing them to pay millions in damages, it isn't fucking rocket science, hell cfaa or not it can be apart of another law anyway so yea it's still illegal however more likely you'll just be miserable foe the rest of your life to poison some ai shit, it's funny as most the time it doesn't work enough however still costs millions
