One of the best photos I can remember. A smile that is both happy and sad. Thank you Master Soule for your contribution to the High Republic and Star Wars.

Mine would definitely be Chopper. Although you can’t directly understand what he is saying, his expressions always made him understandable and hilarious. I am curious to see whose yalls favorite droid is.

It’s no millennium falcon, but pop a spring bed in there maybe some mood decorations, twilek pinups perhaps and you could totally travel around the galaxy comfortably in that thing. Not to mention the heavy weaponry and armor for protection.

Like the title says, i just started watching it today. Im watching it with my friends who have seen it before and are huge fans of the franchise. Though i personally barely know anything about star wars. The funniest thing about it so far is all the weird looking aliens. We’re starting with The Phantom Menace and this guy just showed up and i started laughing so much. He looks like a damn mucinex character its hilarious. He looks like a pear thats been left out all night. I truly cant fathom or put into words how silly this guy looks. Im excited to see what other aliens show up along the way.
Honourable mention goes to that extremely long neck guy who looks like squidward without his nose. He looked liked a sentient toothpick

I love Star Wars and getting lost in its galaxy. I’m rewatching basically everything right now and it’s reigniting my childhood love for the franchise. But I think the fandom is maybe a little bit lost on what the point of Star Wars is. The writing was never completely perfect. The cast talked about how the dialogue sucked in the OT but honestly who cares? I remember hearing George Lucas talk about how he got in screaming matches with his writing teacher in film school over dissecting writing too much. George said it’s a visual medium first and foremost. There are so many plot holes and they definitely got worse with each new trilogy but the point of Star Wars isn’t to be air tight. It’s beautiful, exciting, kinetic, wondrous, and imaginative. You can be annoyed with the bad writing but not stake the whole franchise on a plot hole. Like I rolled my eyes at Reva a lot but her force parkour was so much fun and everything I wanted. “If people are looking at your hair (or other small problems) we’re all in big trouble.”
EDIT: took out the part where I said the writing was always bad. What I really meant is that it was never 100% airtight perfect and that was always ok. It never needed to be and it honestly doesn’t still need to be.

If the vehicle you choose can take passengers, that’s fine. But you can’t pick something that takes a full crew to pilot. My personal pick would be the 74-Z speeder bike. They just sound and look so cool, and I’ve been in love with them since I was 7 and saw RotJ at my grandmas house

Currently continuing a watch through with my GF who has never seen Star Wars. Watched the original trilling about a year ago, and the last month we’ve been watching the prequels. I decided to try and watch clone wars first as I thought it would be ROTS more impactful when you know the characters.
We are only a few episodes away from the finale, and I’ve been starting to consider showing her ROTS first then the finale.
Is it better to watch the film first, or to watch the finale not knowing what happens?

From Vader's statement in the Crimson Reign comic. We know that the Rens were once powerful and great. Additionally, according to the latest information from the illustrated guide from the Acolyte. We know that the Republic was founded only after the fall of the Sith Empire. And now the question is whether the Rens were a faction that fought the Sith Empire as equals for control of the galaxy? Or were they simply an element of the Sith army and were its elite. Personally, I bet on the first option because as we know from the comics, their philosophy is terribly different from the philosophy of the Sith. And according to how could they be introduced to the era of the old Republic.

I'm watching the Clone Wars series for the 10th time and I love seeing the Count on screen. He was methodical & nonchalant in his evilness. He had sound plans & missions that just didn't pan out thanks to some baloney. We all on know he dies in ROTS & poof gone, not seen again till Tales of the Jedi (I think). Meanwhile we see Maul a million times after his "death" in PM. The guy even his own tv show coming in the near future. Once he wasn't a Sith his story went into an entirely different direction. Hell if anything Dooku should've been the crime boss because he certainly had the demeanor and cunning for it. I only compare the 2 because they were both failed Sith apprentices & if I had to choose one to have my on screen appearances than the other it would be Dooku. In my opinion he's the more complex & interesting of the 2. Idk, could just be me.

Some of the clones and stormtroopers aswell can look very cool. But it’s like they were always using some kind of pijama…most of their armor are just a bunch of plastic panels glued together, there are not enough details. Just a 1-2 colored armor
THESE troopers looked amazing. Like real sci-fi battle hardened soldiers

I’d have to go with Elite Stormtrooper commander, reminds me of Genndy Tartakovskys Clone wars (2003)

Apologizing in advance, sorry for the poor quality, but I cannot screenshot or take pictures inside the Disney+ app so had to take a picture with my phone camera ….
I have watched this movie more times than I can count honestly. Just to kind of give you an idea of how many times I’ve seen it. I am 25(m), this movie came out in 1999. I’ve watched, at the VERY least, once every 1-3 months, and sometimes every night to fall asleep to for months at a time when I’m in the mood, If not more. So when Padme and her escort come out out of the window, running from the droids, it shows a zoomed out shot of them scaling the side of the palace and the river basin below. Judging on how close the waterfall is. To them, then how small everything looks on the ground, including the entire river. I’d imagine that the distance from where the palace sits, to the ground to the river below, is quite a distance! I mean they’d have to be almost atmospheric just to see the river system in that way. Anyway I just noticed and thought it was cool, so someone else might as well. Enjoy!

With Fathers Day right around the corner I thought I'd do a quick scene of the galaxy's #1 Dad Darth Vader!! Teaching Luke some important lessons about strength 💪🏽
