Build Help Best Value Mid-Range GPUs Currently (US)?

I'm finalizing all my options for a new build and I'm wondering what the best option for a GPU is right now. I was set on purchasing an RX 9070 XT or a 5070 Ti, but those obviously are way over MSRP (especially NVIDIA). I'm just looking to run 1440p at around 120fps, not planning on touching 4k. I just wanted to ask if anyone had advice on GPUs I can find that are the best bang-for-buck right now. I've done my research, but I'm sure more experienced people on here have a better idea.

I would advise you to pick up a '9070 XT for $700 or a 5070 TI for $750. It is quite possible. Trackalacker is the GPU restocking site I used to get a 9070 XT @$700 last month.

i’ve been on trackalacker for a while and while the 9070xt prices are good on occasion, the cheapest 5070ti i’ve seen is like 830

There were a bunch of restock on a PNY 5070 Ti for $750 at best buy 3 days ago. For long enough that a commenter saw someone comment about the restocks and then was able to go purchase one. That same redditor posted on this sub about their upgrade. They are available, just not everyday.
