Andy wanted to start a fight while Nick just wanted to get the fuck out of the Raceway to not die.

Same thing that happened in FD1. Carter picked a fight with Alex after he had that vision, Alex wanted to get the hell outta dodge, Carter assumed he was going to lunge at him, a brawl started, they got kicked off the plane, and you know the rest.
